Lead times are estimates only and stock levels are shown on our website based on the stock levels we receive from either our own warehouse or the manufacturer's warehouse. Inventories can change quickly.
Although we have stated “in stock” on our website, it does not mean that the product is actually in stock. At the time of the order, the item can be sold.
Please do not schedule an electrician based on the stocks indicated on our website. Only when the article arrives should the electrician be scheduled.

Wrong item received
All shipments with items that are incorrect or faulty must be reported to us within one week of delivery. We need to be notified by email if the item does not match your order. After one week of delivery of the goods, we can no longer accept any claims. In the event of delivery of the wrong item, kikilighting reserves the right to provide the correct product within a period of up to 8 weeks after delivery of the wrong item. kikilighting covers all shipping costs for collecting the new product. If the customer does not request an exchange, the order will be treated as a return and restocking fees of up to 25% will apply.
